This hotel is truly special, blending the charm of a traditional riad with the comfort and amenities of a full-service hotel. The location is excellent—close to historic sites, the souks, and the main square—yet once inside it feels calm and secluded, with quiet corners that make it easy to relax. The property offers a piano bar, billiard room, multiple on-site restaurants, a rooftop bar with private seating areas, a welcoming spa, and a relaxed, unpretentious breakfast buffet. The staff are thoughtful, friendly, and have a great sense of humor, making you feel genuinely welcome. While it may not feel as overly polished as some luxury hotels, the beautiful architecture and comfortable atmosphere give it a warm, lived-in charm that makes it easy to feel at home.

Lovely hotel with great facilities. Staff very friendly and helpful. Walkable distance to all the top attractions. Although very central the hotel is quiet and peaceful. The rooftop bar is beautiful.

This was a fantastic hotel. The location was perfect for exploring Marrakech but once within its walls it was so peaceful and quiet it was hard to believe you were in a bustling city. Food was excellent and the Suite we stayed in was just stunning. When we return to Marrakech (which we will as we loved it), we will definitely stay here again

Excellent priperty, I’ll be back. My only gripe was the 20% off the spa didn’t include couples packages, this was never made clear until I checked out. I may have spent more if I’d known on other services, it’s an annoying oversight but not worth reducing my review which is still five stars across the board.

Great hotel, a jewel in the middle of the chaotic

It was an awesome hotel! With character and not just the clasisc luxory hotel, this is absolutely worth visiting, could even do a week! Awesome pools (heated - downside, they close at 7 pm when they look their best) the hotels has aweosme viewd a pool table, places to sot worl and chat, restaurants and bars are awesome and not that expensive. Will definitely go back.
