「This stay was the last checkpoint for our Midwest trip, the room itself was pretty nice, very cozy. but there are several unsatisfactory points. the pillow quality was really bad, it doesn't have a microwave. the bathroom has exhaust fans but does not work, We did contact guest service, and they did come, He looked around and told us that the bathroom itself did not have an exhaust fan.(yet there is literally a visible fan on top of them?) pretty unhappy since we had to stay there for 9 days.」

「The lady at the desk was super helpful and when a situation arose where there was only 1 bed (i dont know the lady i was with well enough to share a bed) she propmtly changed my room to a double with no questions asked. She even made a funny joke about the situation. Great service. I would gladly stay here again.」

「The staff here made my stay enjoyable. Parking was easy to find and I felt safe coming and going. I had.breakfast there daily and the food was fantastic. This my new go to place . 」

「登记入住的时候与我网上订的房间不一样。我定的是king side 的房间 给我却是一个两张单人床。我想去前台换了，服务员说暂时不能换。然后就不了了之了。」

「We really enjoyed ourselves at the pool. The only flaw I would say is that the restrooms are too far from the pool area so the pool water is dripped all over the floors in the halls. 」
