「Spacious room! Seems like it was converted from an apartment unit -- so less uniform, but cozy and comfortable with big beds and tons of seating. Check-in was easy (via keypad) and the hotel sent many messages prior with check-in instructions & local info, which was a nice touch. The rooms were quiet -- we slept so well, we overslept!
The actual communication though was a bit clunky and can use some refining -- some of the messages & texts seem to not go through, and their office seems to be...

「The staff were quite friendly, and very welcoming! We appreciated the call we got when the weather turned bad. Hannah gave us a call to check that we’re were still en route and to make sure she knew an ETA for our arrival so the staff could be ready for us. She was very friendly and helpful when we got there and accommodated our dog very nicely. The place is a bit dated, and I wish we had a king Sized bed option, but for the price we were very happy. We will make this our go-to when travelling...

「Check in was smooth, I was able to do most of it online before we arrived making our time at the desk just long enough to grab the key.. love the pool and two separate hot tubs for adults and kids, as well as the adult only hours. Overall quiet. Breakfast is great!」
