「Very good stay. I didn’t realise the hotel is named after the chocolate brand. Very nice visit to the chocolate factory too~
Restaurant staff is nice; but the reception staff not very friendly, always poker face.」
「Lovely stay in the heart of Gruyères
Excellent location right in the heart of beautiful Gruyères village. The room was spacious and comfortable, and it was very convenient for exploring the castle, restaurants and surrounding area. We especially enjoyed the atmosphere of staying inside the historic village rather than outside it. A lovely base for our two-night stay and we would happily stay here again.」
「The location was absolutely breathtaking right on the lake. Everything was within walking distance great food great drinks great shopping. It was truly amazing. The staff was super helpful and friendly parking right up front or in the garage below. Highly recommend this hotel.」
