「Excellent location right in the centre of Funchal with a taxi rank virtually across the road. Comfortable room with extra pillows and blankets in the cupboard. Nice toiletries in the bathroom with both shower gel and shampoo. Good hairdryer. Lovely pool on the top of the building with a bar and a great view of the city. Very good breakfast, the only thing that could be improved (and I’m being picky here!) is the jam, as it’s not really jam, more like a dessert topping. Everyone was super nice...
