「This was a wonderful place to stay. It was modern and very new looking. The bathroom was amazing, large deck, great little kitchen. Every little detail down to slippers was looked after. The yard was well cared for. Correspondence was immediate with owner which I appreciated. The beach was also just minutes away. 」

「Poor communication, we had to reach out to the management to manage our own check-in. Not proactive like other accommodations I’ve stayed at. Shower is fine, but the flooring is poorly laid out. Water accumulated and started going outside the shower area, creating a small flooding situation near the toilet area. Had to place towel as a barricade to prevent further accumulation of water on the floor. Definitely not 13 minutes from airport as advertised. Took a taxi at night with no traffic....

「Το κτήμα Νικόλα σε γενικές γραμμές ήταν ικανοποιητικό. Ο χώρος για 4 άτομα ήταν ευρύχωρος και καθαρός.σε θέμα άνεσης βρίσκω αρνητικό ότι τα 2 από τα 4 κρεβάτια ήταν σχετικά κοντά και δεν χωρούσαν τα πόδια μου στο κρεβάτι.εχω ύψος 1.70 βρίσκω το δωμάτιο καταλληλότερο για οικογένεια με 2 παιδια και όχι για ενήλικες.κατα τα άλλα όλα ήταν πολύ καθαρά καιδροσερα.επισης γεωγραφικά είναι κοντά στην Κάρυστο Αλλά η μετακίνηση γίνεται αποκλειστικά με μεταφορικό μέσο.」
