For a nominal fee we were given a room with a balcony and seating overlooking the harbour. Absolutely worth every penny. She is friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about the hotel and the area. We also have to mention Jenny. She is a manager with the food service side, and she is also friendly, professional, eager to make sure your stay is perfect. Cannot say enough about the wonderful time we had while in San Fran at the Hyatt Embarcadero. "

In fact it was very scary. It looked out part of the roof and pipes. A little scared people from the streets could access it as we were on the second floor."
