"Me encanta este hotel normalmente vamos a Columbia por soccer tournaments y siempre nos quedamos en el mismo hotel porque me encanta súper limpio, el personal súper nice, las camas, LAS CAMAS SON SÚPER CÓMODAS el desayuno bien, la alberca si la agua está un poco fría PARA MI pero todo súper bien 10/10 "

"The hotel was very nice! The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Our only complaint was the breakfast. We paid extra for the sit down meal. Our poor waitress was the only one serving. We were seated quickly and was able to get our own drinks, fruit, toast. We ordered a waffle and omelet with bacon and roasted potatoes. Finally, after 25-30 minutes our food was served cold. I really didn’t mind the wait because of the lack of servers but the food was very disappointing. "

"There were 2 dogs across the hall from our room. Their owners left them all evening and went out for dinner with friends. The dogs barked all evening. People down the hall were shouting 'Shut UP!!!'. I called the front desk and they came up and first told me there were no rooms for me to move to. Why should I move? Then they told me they didn't have a key to the room where the dogs were. Really, no master key? A lie... I thought about just leaving that night but had a long drive home. I couldn't wait to get out of that place in the morning."

"Driving up, beware of the huge potholes. Checking in was easy, but I was disturbed to see the check-in protected by bullet proof glass, big red flag. The whole place had an 80's motel feel. It had nice furniture. Whoever renovated it was an amateur, bad paint job, poorly patched holes in the walls, tiles with grout either missing or filthy. The TV is at least 8 years old, could only play live TV, no netflix or youtube capability. Bed was comfortable. AC had trouble keeping up eventhough it was mild weather. Thin walls, could hear my room neighbor, bring a white-noise machine. Will definitely not stay here again."

"Homeless people walking around parking lot. Dog hairs all over the hallways. They only clean / turnover the sheets once a week according to their policy. People letting their dogs dedicate by the building and not cleaning up. I would not recommend, pay more and stay in a cleaner place. Very unkept."
