"Close to Disney, conveniently located next to multiple stores and restaurants."

"I was a little confused when I arrived. I stopped at what I thought was the valet desk. He asked what I was there for, and I let him know I was staying in the hotel. He told me to pull forward and turn on my flashers. I assumed he would take my car and park it while I checked in. My kids and I had taken out our luggage and walked towards the lobby. I asked him if he needed my keys or if I should leave them in the car. He told me to take them with me, go check in, and then I can go park the car. Ok. Maybe don't stand next to the valet, or give me the full directions when you send people to pull forward. Check-in was easy. When I entered the room, it smelled humid. There were 2 dead roaches next to the sink in the bathroom, but I didn't see anything alive. Other than that, the room seemed clean. There are palm trees near the hot tub that drop a lot of debris in the water. Getting out of the hot tub, I had tree debris stuck in my hair and on my body. The shower was good. At night, I could hear the people upstairs running back and forth. Not the hotel's fault, but it was very loud. It's a nice walking distance to many restaurants and very close to Disneyland. I did not go to the bar or restaurant on site."

"Hotel is well located, kinda run down overall w missing paint, wall scuffs, strange smells, patch marks on our ceiling, etc. but nothing awful. Staff, especially TJ, was very helpful and gave great customer service. Only real cons were the parking spots are narrow and there is no coffee out in the morning which even the most basic 1 star hotels have. Costco across the street was great for gas and snacks. My hubs gives a vote for the Old World Village across the street for a great coffee place."

"The room was dirty, they did not mention the extra $40 charge you had to pay daily for parking on the listing, and every night we could not sleep because we could hear the kids the floor above us running everywhere. We reported it but the staff did nothing. Also the pictures do not match what’s on the listing, and the pool is terribly small."
