「My husband went to there for business and he got bug sting in the room. We are quite disappointed for the hotel.」

「At the time of arrival I was given double bed room, however my reservation was for two queen sized so I had to request relocation. When I got to the other room I noticed missing bulb and glass from light fixture in shower/ toilet area which I immediately reported to front desk area- that was never addressed during my stay. Parking lot was covered in thick sheet of ice that was making loading my luggage in and out of building to my car borderline dangerous. Overall I am not satisfied with...

「Hotel room was clean with a few details that could’ve been touched up. (Clean up behind the tv, spots here and there.) Bed and sheets were clean. The hotel itself needs a bit of maintenance, but extremely friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is next door to a popular club, so night life will be apparent on the weekend. The location may seem a bit sketch, but it is safe. 」
