「I booked a room with garden view but I got the first room next to entrance to hotel facing the parking lot. Heard the motorcycle noise every early morning. I got charged for an early check in at 11am when that should have been honoring to me a no cost since I am a VIp member. Didn’t get any of my VIP benefits at this hotel. The cleanliness needs to be improved in the rooms and pool need better cleaning and maintenance 」

「Loved this charming, peaceful spot. Loved the design and landscaping. We stayed in the spacious Teresa Maria suite with the terrace - absolutely beautiful! The staff were friendly and accommodating. One night was not long enough. I’ll definitely be back for an extended stay. Even if you don’t spend the night, it has a cute cafe worth checking out. 」
