The best thing about this hotel is that its close to Ñu Guasu which is a major park. So people that like to go for a run in the morning will enjoy this hotel. Also there's a gym for good cross training. The restaurant options are great. The hotel is new and feels new. The staff was efficient and quick. What I didn't like? No real bar of soap in the bathroom, only liquid soap. The water could be hotter.

Awsome staff, great hotel to go to for a first landing in Paraguay which is what I did, I like it that the badroom has a bumgun 1, enough beds at the pool to tan 1, the shower is good 1, the safe works 1, there was a small desk in the room 1, WiFi worked excellent, donwnstairs, in the room, in the restaurant 1, room is clean no dust seen 1, free coffee from Paraguayan beans and water tap in the lobby 1, sunrise can be seen during breakfast 1, The gym has dummbells till 20kilo I would add at least a pull-up bar in the gym (that is the only thing I missed). In the room I would add blackout doors (just like the excellent curtains do) so it can be pitch dark and more noise cancelling, The staff was extreemely accomodating in helping me to find my way in Paraguay. This is besides my first trip to south America I went to all continents now and pleasantly surprised. This hotel is well managed and its staff great.

Staff and property is clean, food is terrible, surrounding isolated maybe for a short stayed it us ok not for three weeks. Do not use their laundering services or they'll robbed you. I didn’t sent much laundry, i used their services 3 times and it was closed to 200 dollars (not even in Las Vegas) accordingly to the kid at the front desk that checked me out! I was not giving any receipt or explanation. He claimed that I had consumed food at the restaurant but it was 3 times only. Mostly a couple of beer. First day We checked in, our room was never cleaned, unmade beds, wet towels in the bathroom, the next one had dead bugs by the window and on the corner of the room, third time was a charmed. Big nice, excellent room. There was no tissues or enough glasses. I went and bought paper towels and a glass. Employees are nice 99.% of them super nice Mabel, Sophia, Natalie are nice and friendly but the best was this quite, super shy but friendly with a nice smile, Dianna. The cleaning ladies were nice and the front desk during the day were all good, specially the 2 or 3 pm to 10 pm crew! They could use a little store for essentials.
