「We didn’t use the pool; however, the gentleman at the front desk in the mornings spoke good English and he was able to help us get our clothes washed and dried for a fee which was most helpful. The two ladies who greeted us when we arrived in the afternoon were very friendly and welcoming. The housekeeper did an excellent job at keeping the room clean. It was very walkable to a bank, restaurants and the park. We would definitely stay here again.」

「First, El Guayacán is NOT located in Granada. It is in Valle de la Laguna, about 30 minutes outside Granada. This misleading location information disrupted our itinerary and travel plans.
We booked a 3-night stay, but the experience fell far short of expectations, especially given the price per night:
Wi-Fi: Virtually nonexistent / unreliable.
A/C: Did not function properly, leaving the room uncomfortable.
Pool: Water was visibly dirty (clearly not treated properly).
Essentially, you are...

「This is an excellent place to stay while visiting the Laguna de Apoyo. Location is rustic and beautiful. Food is excellent. Staff is incredible. They arranged transportation which was a plus. You can order things, meals, to your room and pay an itemized bill with your card at check out. I can't say enough about the place.」

「We had a great 4 nights stay in the Estrada Hotel. The room was spacious and quite, comfortable beds, nicely working AC. The breakfast is wonderful. The staff are very friendly. They arrange our ariport pickup and drop-off and we paid only $10 for the late checkin, which was very nice, since our flight was at night. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel.」

「Súper recomendado este lugar. Esta en pleno desarrollo y todo está nuevo. No atendieron súper bien con trato cordial y amable. Tener en cuenta que como esta en desarrollo le faltan algunos muebles en la habitación.
Espero regresar pronto.」
