「Top notch service from the moment you walk in. Everybody, and I mean everybody there provides the best service/friendliness/helpfulness. Whoever does the hiring there does a great job finding such incredible employees. The resort itself is amazing. Clean, beautiful, beautiful views, great pools, good food. 「This was the resort we needed to kick-start our honeymoon the right way. They have it all, golf-buggy door service, multiple pools, day beds and sun beds, cocktails by the pool, multiple restaurants and bars, buffet breakfast. The bed was a little firm but our experience here was still very amazing. The staff are so helpful and so kind, we would gladly come back!」

「Vi hade ett helt fantastiskt rum, stort med utsikt mot havet. Servicen och bemötandet av personalen var perfekt. Det var andra gången vi besökte hotellet, med några års mellanrum, och vi blev ännu nöjdare denna gång. Enda negativa var en del störande trafik. 」

「Friendly staff, very very quiet, nice pool-area, nice hotel, ok food. This is an adults only hotel, so very strange that the pool bar closes at 17.30 when that is the nicest time to relax by the pool and have a drink. No lounge music, very poor cocktails, not what I had expected from a “5” star adults only hotel. The “gym” was not for free, a small room with 3 machines - once again not what we had expected. 」

「Our entire experience from check in to check out was 5*! The staff were so friendly and welcoming. We stayed here for part of our honeymoon trip to crete and they went above and beyond to make this a special stay for us. From a room upgrade, to a gift bag with local treats to offering us late check out. The breakfast included in our stay was fantastic! Really got a taste for the cretan cuisine. Their resturants served delicious food with an authentic vibe. Thank you for a memorable stay.」
