「Avoid this hotel. The customer service is atrocious and you do NOT get free breakfast as promised. You don’t get any breakfast at all! And the staff lied when we complained and claimed they had provided it. Bathroom is dirty and old fashioned with leaking pipes. Only positives are the room itself and the location is good. 」

「I booked this hotel through Hotel.com and I was charged for the whole booked nights in advance, but when I got to the property the reception checked and said they don’t have my reservation in their system and asked me to pay in cash if I want to stay there. I explained to them that I had already paid for 4 nights through Hotel.com, how come you ask me to pay for the second time in cash. But they didn’t let me stay there and I had to leave there and find another hotel. Then I reached Hotel.Com...
