「Very convenient for shops, cafes and restaurants. The Agra Indian restaurant is recommended, also the pizza and kebab takeaway by the church. The Myers bakery is superb.」

「Nice clean apartment ..Lovely quiet place.Host friendly and helpful. The accommodation is set in an area where there are nice walks.Plenty of fish in the lake.Close to visiting areas such as Lincoln Mablethorpe and Doddington Hall.」

「Near by town shops and pubs. Nice and quiet 」

「Freezer was fully iced up so I had to defrost it. Incredibly noisy due to neighbours doors. Very warm in summer. Overall ok but not for business. Woman kept giving me the wrong apartment on arrival. Area isnt nice too, next to a pub with a lot of reprobates」

「This place is absolutely amazing it is all you need for somewhere to stay, I have stayed here twice now and have had a perfect chill getaway each time.」

「Rooms were clean, kitchen had everything you needed, shops just a few feet away. Take a fan with you when it's warm as the rooms are mega hot. Highly recommended」
