「Hotel caratteristico. Ho soggiornato nella parte di hotel più vecchia dove le camere anche se un po' datate, sono nel classico stile di montagna e ben tenute. Bellissimo, moderno e funzionale il centro benessere, la piscina riscaldata e la nuova parte dell'hotel. Buono il cibo al ristorante e prezzo onesto. Molto apprezzato trovare inclusa nel soggiorno la Trentino card con possibilità di visita a musei, castelli etc.」

「There were three people of us and we stayed at Ideal Park for one week. The double room was great but the single room is rather too small. The free Wifi connection is a plus with great variety of breakfast and dinner that us to change the menu everyday. Receptionists were all very friendly and helpful. There was a supermarket and nice icrecream shop nearby. Direct bus to the city of Bolzano was also convenient, Overall, we liked the hotel and would definitely choose to come back next time.」

Einzig die Kopfkissen sind statt aus Federkissen mit einer Art Schaumstoff und was auch unpassend ist, dass sowohl im Restaurant und in der Bad Gäste im Bademantel sind - das ist niveaulos von den Gästen und in einem stilvollen Hotel nicht angebracht und gegenüber anständigen Gästen rücksichtslos.」
