「Friendly staff, everything was spotless. We had the Braeburn suite and it had a lovely view of the valley and mountains. The room had a sauna which my husband really enjoyed. The hotel communal areas had a very pleasant scent of lemons. We took the half board option and the food was plentiful and tasty. We would definitely stay here again when we come back at Christmas. 「Beautiful setting with nice peaceful surroundings and great views, but what was even better was the incredibly friendly service and staff and the easy atmosphere. The hotel restaurant was very good, and the hotel breakfast was remarkably good (great variety, really good basic items and regional specialties). Totally worth the extra drive up into the mountains (which was actually only a few minutes past Trento).」

「There were three people of us and we stayed at Ideal Park for one week. The double room was great but the single room is rather too small. The free Wifi connection is a plus with great variety of breakfast and dinner that us to change the menu everyday. Receptionists were all very friendly and helpful. There was a supermarket and nice icrecream shop nearby. Direct bus to the city of Bolzano was also convenient, Overall, we liked the hotel and would definitely choose to come back next time.」
