We were upgraded to a villa and it was decent but the downstairs bathroom was locked and it needed some better cleaning in the bathrooms upstairs and towel racks!!! "Resort was amazing. We were in a 3 bedroom water view villa and it was perfect! Loved the pool and frozen drinks. Food was very disappointing. Only ate one meal and ate the rest outside of resort"
