"At the last moment, expedia changed changed this accommodation. Which was the worst room i have ever stayed in my lyf. Room had some stinky smell. Hard bed. Stains on the bedsheet, towel. Disgusting but had no choice. So stayed. Really disappointed with the trip because of the room"

"Kerela houseboats is the middle agency for blue house boats. NOT at all worth the money looting customers, spent so much but was shared with 6 families not peaceful!..asked for towels said 1 room 1 towel(more like long napkins) for 4 ppl.
