"This is a fantastic homestay location, and called "resort hotel in Thumboly" by some of the local auto drivers. I booked this on an impulse travel through hotels dot com website and fully enjoyed my stay. The owner (Mr. George) and the manager Mr. Shibu were prompt with communication and helpful. "At the last moment, expedia changed changed this accommodation. Which was the worst room i have ever stayed in my lyf. Room had some stinky smell. Hard bed. Stains on the bedsheet, towel. Disgusting but had no choice. So stayed. Really disappointed with the trip because of the room"

"Kerela houseboats is the middle agency for blue house boats. NOT at all worth the money looting customers, spent so much but was shared with 6 families not peaceful!..asked for towels said 1 room 1 towel(more like long napkins) for 4 ppl. Double bed not enough for 4 ppl, after insisting got the extra bed, not recommended for the money spent."
