「Terrible experience from start to finish. Hotels.com did not mention any deposit, yet I was later contacted on WhatsApp asking to transfer money, which immediately felt suspicious and unprofessional. The room was unbearable. 「I stayed there for one night with my friend, we booked the Twin Room, but as soon as we arrived they upgraded us to a Suite. The suite was very spacious. The sitting room is big, comfy, clean with good lighting and a fridge. The bathroom is clean as well and the shower has good hot and cold water temperature and good pressure.
