"The hotel its self was beautiful! I was happily surprised to find they had a hot tub and a pool as it wasn’t on the Expedia listing so that was a plus. My only issue would be the room. It smelt dusty and not clean to me and I happened to find dirty underwear seated on the chair by the desk so that didn’t make me feel comfortable. However the staff handled that amazingly and cleaned the area offers me a different room and gave me a voucher to the Denny’s downstairs which is open 24/7"

"There were two staff members I have to give a shout out to! Juvy and Harris!!!! My car battery died and the first guy at the counter didn’t even listen to me when I asked for help and just shrugged his shoulders but Juvy heard and was on it. She went above and beyond and what was a stressful moment to get to my ferry reservation she made it happen. Harris came out and helped and both were so kind and generous. People like these two are what makes this world a better place!"
