「When we got in our room the shower head was missing. We heard banging all night and discovered in the morning that there was a truck parked outside our room with horses in it.」

「Es un hotel fantasma y absndonado, nadie salió abrirme , el lugar no es el de las fotos es un fraude , no me dieron la habitación 」

「Breakfast was typical. Server plated your food. Not sure if you could return for more rice & beans. There is no coffee maker, or water with glasses. Room was clean with air conditioning, pool area was large with plenty of seats. Over all, would not return. 」

「酒店位于山上，条件还行服务合格但说不上非常好。也许是因为我们刚从La Fortuna最好的酒店过来，也许是因为前面关于这个酒店的评语都太好了把我的期望抬高了，毕竟这个酒店价格不是很高，只有La Fortuna的酒店一半价格，甚至连一半也不到。这样看就还是可以的，但是我还是坚持给四个星，因为我最不满意的是房间没有遮光窗帘，我天天五点多就被亮光叫醒，另外我不喜欢高枕头，所以觉得枕头太高，最后一天我只能枕浴巾。」

「I stayed two nights in a private room, the ladies on reception were so friendly and helpful with helping book my activities, they’ve really created a welcoming and chilled vibe. The kitchen and outdoor area is lovely. There’s everything you need both in the property and nearby. It was very chilly at night but was provided with extra blankets, the strong wind was a little noisy with plants hitting my window but I didn’t mind and always take earplugs in case of outside noise. It was super clean....

「Breakfast was wonderful and fresh. staff were so friendly and helpful. They help set up excursions. The owner was so kind and helpful. He pointed out wildlife that you could see around the property. family friendly. It is a little bit away from the town but we liked being more in nature. the stars were so bright and the sunset was beautiful. I'd stay there again!」

「My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Trapp Family Lodge. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We had breakfast and dinner at the Lodge, and both were delicious, with excellent service. The gardens are well maintained, with plenty of flowering planets to attract birds. The room was relatively standard - very clean, plenty of light, and comfortable bed. We would happily stay there again if we had the opportunity. 」
