「The hotel was quite beautiful and so were the views. They have a sky lounge to observe the sunset. The Scarlet Macau Conservation was a great hike- saw a sloth anpart from the macaus- and is complimentary. The place is overall dated but otherwise good.」

「We stayed at Shana for 6 nights. The staff of the hotel is amazing and very hospitable, they show that they love their jobs (like the back of their t-shirts says). Beginning with the front staff, Kevin and Katherine who were so nice. The bar staff, especially Warner who was super helpful and provided excellent service. 「The bed was too hard and pillows firm. I prefer a softer mattress and fluffy pillows. In our room, the AC unit required a key to operate that was attached to our room key so when you leave, the AC unit turns off. So you come out of the heat to a hot humid room. However, our friends room AC unit didn’t require a key so make sure to ask about that. Other than that, the rooms are very spacious and clean. Our balcony was amazing to sit in the morning and have a cup of coffee looking out at the ocean...
