Ho soggiornato ad altri 4 stelle ad Algeri e questo è ben al di sotto per pulizia, e condizione. La sala colazione con il pavimento appiccicoso sembrava si pattinasse sul miele. Altamente sconsigliato. A 100 metri di distanza c'è un altro hotel che veramente può definirsi 4 stelle, oltretutto ad una tariffa inferiore. 」

「 Notre réservation n'a pas été retrouvée. Pourquoi ? Au 1er étage les chambres étaient vraiment dans leur jus...1970's Il y a avait une théière par terre dans le couloir avec une tasse ... Je ne sais pas ce que vaut les chambres des étages supérieurs. Le personnel est charmant, compétent et au service du client. Le lieu est hautement réputé. Le cadre est magnifique. J'y retournerai en m'assurant que la réservation est prise en compte et en demandant des chambres remises au goût du jour.」

「The room wasn't clean as I would expect from a 5* hotel. Missing toilet paper, soap and other facilities that other hotels offer. e.g.. bath gown, flip flops, shower gel. One morning when running the bath the water came out 'yellow/orange' colour. That was odd to see, it cleared out after 10 minutes. Some NOT all members of staff are friendly.
