「You can tell immediately that the desk people aren’t happy to be there, for whatever reason. But to have no enthusiasm, to not offer us the free 2 bottles of water (only when we tried to buy two bottles did she mention we get the bottles), to not know when the breakfast closes…the professionalism is just not there.」

「Our stay with Hampton Inn Ft. Lauderdale was great. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming and the room was very clean, common spaces were also left very clean. Since we were visiting, we did not have a vehicle, but a bus station was very close by and made getting around the city much easier. Our hotel was in a quieter area, which gave us some peace when we were sleeping, but was also walkable to tons of food, which we enjoyed. While they personally do not offer an airport shuttle,...

「Room was clean, but needed some obvious repairs. ie. door into back yard hard to open and close; area around air conditioner in poor repair; Didn't have any contact with the cleaning staff. We did have a call from the manager when we first arrived and she was very helpful」

Definitely clean and new as described. the rooftop pool was amazing (with warm water when we visited in feb!) gym and laundry was available and we made good use of it too. excellent hotel location with lots of good restaurants around. there’s also supermarket and pharmacy within walking distance Highly recommend!」

「Beautiful property but my room was right above the train tracks! The trains kept honking all night every time they drove by - it totally disrupted my sleep. I’d recommend supplying earplugs in the future. 」

「The property seemed to be clean. If I could recommend a few items in the house. Vacuum/ broom, a garbage can in the bathroom curtains/ or upgraded shades. The family enjoyed the stay but definitely felt a bit uncomfortable, my boys are on the taller side and this unit was a bit tight for them. Our stay was short so give the price and the amenities it was fine. Thank you for have our family. 」
