「Fantastic apartment located right in the center, clean and tidy and well equipped for a short break. Difficult to gain entry after reception had closed, no access to courtyard to get to key box, had to seek help from neighbouring restaurant. Disappointed to not have sofa bed made up ready to sleep when arriving late. 」

Finally realized that there was an email from Hessnery not Hotel.com that gave a access code to get in the lobby door, the hallway door and our room. The laundry facilities were great and free. You just needed your own soap. Comfortable bed. Kitchenette was furnished. 」

「Very disappointing for service and place we stay. Dirty place, it mentioned they provide cleaning service everyday, but no one come to clean up. It also mentioned there are air conditioner but there are no this facility. We complained but they just said that this is hotel.com problem. They should contact Hotel.com but they didn’t. Design of our room is quite strange, we found difficulty to use the toilet. Receptionist need to improve english skill. Bad place to stay. Not recommend to all of you.」
