1 베드룸을 원했는데 없다고 2베드룸으로 주려고 해서 클레임 제기함... 결국 1베드룸으로 체크인 함.

高層ビル48階建てで４機のエレベーターがおバカでいつも４機同時に同じ方向へ動くためロビーへ行くのに10分ぐらい待つことがあります。ほんとに改善してほしいです。

エレベーターが遅い。4機有るのに同じように動いてる頭悪すぎのエレベーターです。 部屋の掃除がいつ来るか分からない。ある時は11am,ある時は7pm、いつも振り回されます。 朝部屋の掃除を頼んで来たのが7pm,遅すぎ。

高層ビル５０階でエレベーターが４機しかありません。いつも待たされます。４機とも同時に上層階に居たりします。エレベーターは増やせないのでせめてAI制御のコントロールに変更し効率よく動かしてほしいです。

1日目頼んでから3時間それも3回も頼んでやっと来てくれた。 2日目頼んでから4時間。 3日目来なかったからタオルだけもらった。それも1時間後。 部屋の掃除の遅さはありえないくらい遅いです。
