I loved everything about this hotel, on the inside. I stayed during the week-long Chinese New Year celebrations, which made the surrounding streets and sidewalks crowded, loud and unsafe.

The overall friendliness and attention that the entire staff provided is noteworthy. However, most noteworthy was Ms Ara and her colleagues Cita and Albert who found a work around for my issues of access to others within my group staying with me at the Ramada Wyndham. It’s our third time to stay here in Ramada, Binondo. Very accessible when you want to go around Chinatown or Divisoria. Just outside the hotel were the popular street foods that’s trending online. Stafff were attentive and you feel safe staying here that’s ang other inns or hotels in this area. We would definitely stay again next time! Angelo, Edward and Charles were great along with the guards! Thank you!

Great location - in the heart of Binondo and close to Intramuros. Helpful and friendly staff - they are always willing to help for example, in answering questions about places of interests, booking a cab, and even haggling for a trike.

The staff are exceptional! Everyone works super hard to help the guests and ensure they have everything needed. Jeff, one of the porters, was especially friendly and helpful. The porter who worked the other shift was also wonderfully kind and helpful but Ive forgotten his name. The hitel is right in Chinatown and you can walk to most of the malls and restaurants. There is a wonderful display of Philippine books for sale in the lobby that is interesting to browse. The restaurant even kept my medicine refrigerated for me between checkout and my departure to the airport. I would recommend a stay in this hotel.
