Unbeatable view of the Venice Grand Canal Mall and the city lights at night. Clean comfortable room, great pool, tennis courts, basketball, playground, and spa. Loved my stay.

Ali, the host was extremely helpful and kind. He was always quick to respond whenever we called. The studio was very clean! It was refreshing and comfortable to stay in. The bed was comfortable, the view from balcony was great. The Venice mall is just below you! Definitely worth it! There’s also a grocery market just down the street which we bought some food to cook inside the studio since there is a kitchenette with a stove.

Ali was nice and very helpful. However there were some issues in the unit like the foul smell outside the room and the extra comforter/pillow. The bed smelled nice though. And the a/c stopped after sometime. Otherwise everything else was good.

There is an horrible smell, beddings not smelling good with a rotten sofa bed smell too. Asking additional payment if you are visited with a guests and I am not recommended this at Hotels.COM. Even bathroom has a very BAD smell

This is a condo that the owner lives in the same building. Checking in is a hassle. The owner will meet you in the lobby. He is very particular with certain things so you will not have privacy. We left for an event & kept the aircondition on, when we came back it was already off. When we ask if he came in our room- he denied it. He also charge us extra night for having one extra person even the room is fitted for 6persons. We paid cash and he did not want it to go through expedia. Stay away from this property.
