The area in general was great, shopping and site seeing was mostly walking distance from our condo. Public transportation was easily accessible and available when we needed them. Can’t really beat the price. It is a fairly clean place. There were a few small bugs but considering it’s Manila Philippines and the price is super affordable, it was worth it.

We liked the view. And the pool. However there were some hazards in the unit that we had to make safe for ourselves. Also the refrigerator did not work. Cable was out several times. However we were there for a month and made do. All in all it was an ok unit. But not worth the price.

There is a very good supermarket (Walter Mart) near Christine Suites. And there are several good Japanese restaurants near Christine's Suites. Wonderful cost performance hotel !

Most accommodating POC I've met

Since 2021, we've been their avid guest. Why? Because they ensure that we are comfortable in our stay at one of their units. I also love staying at The Beacon because of the pool access. Moreover, shops and restos are everywhere. If you are to stay for a couple of days and you're on a budget for food, there's Waltermart and Super 8 to cater your grocery needs. There's also Makati Square for other stuff that you might need. Internet connection is seamless so you can stream Netflix and Youtube all you want. Unlike other hotels or vacation homes we've been to, this is where I can sleep well and for me that's very important when on staycation.

Manager was often unresponsive to questions. At one point at 2am the power was cut off and the front desk stated that she hadn't paid the electric bill. We also had to make arrangements to allow the maintenance crew time time enter to inspect the fire alarm.
