This is not a property to stay. Guests visitors are not allowed to enter the room and we stayed to hangout outside of the lobby as they have a very small lounge to accommodate us. There was no air-conditioning and the staff were not accommodating. They were dressed up like they are in the flea market!!!

プールがメンテナンス中でした。 子供たちと楽しみにしていたのに残念です。 このコンドミニアムに決めたのは、ズバリプールです。でなければハノイに行く予定でした。 プールがないホテルなど、我が家にとって何の価値もありません。 小さなプールがあったので、仕方なく水着に着替えて行ったら、居住者用だと断られました。 詐欺に近いです。 また、深夜便で着いたのですが、部屋に入れてもらえず、予約のページを英語で提示しても、全く対応してもらえませんでした。 エクスペディアに電話をしたのですが、対応が遅かったです。深夜２時から５時すぎまで外のベンチに座らされたまま、暑くて気がおかしくなりなした。 妻と2人の子供の悲しそうな顔。 思い出すだけで胸が苦しくなります。 トラウマになりそうです。 以上２点。５５年の人生で最低最悪の旅になりました。 時間とお金を返して欲しいです。 ハノイに行けばよかった。 悔しくて情けないです。

Upon check-in at 2 Pm the receptionist took about nearly 2 hours to check us in We are only staying overnight June4-June 5 and there was a power interruption at 7AM on June 5, causing us tremendous inconveniences . As if we paid for a place with no comfort at all

저렴한가격에 다섯식구 숙박하기에는 좋아요 수영장도 4명 무료 이용하고 한사람 추가할시 유료구요, 집주인도 친절하셨어요. 다만,,, 잘때 어두워지깐 바퀴벌레가 득실득실 너무 싫었어요ㅠㅠ 새벽내내 아이들 어찌될까바 바퀴만 잡았네요. 뭔지모를 깨름직함이 몹시 불편해서 담부털 돈 더주고 꼭 호텔서 잡니다. 수영장물도 좀 드럽고 워낙 많은사람이 이용하니깐 ㅠ 센터 클럽엔 이용할것두 없구 주차비도 하루 1500페소.32000원정도냈고. 안으로 진입하기까지 도로가 엄청 막힙니다 ㅠㅠ 다신안갈 ㅠㅠ

The structure and attraction is beautiful, But! The unit or room is totally garbage, unit 229A is totally messy shower curtain full mildew,people live in that room left their belongings in the closet,air condition broken,TV cable not working,WIFi not working even they give us the password,shower drain not working to drain the water,also so many bugs and spiders web.

Pro: Location is convenient, close to malls and the major roads. Cons: The property does not own the units being advertised. It is owned by private individuals with their own rental agents. Management cant make any decisions without running it thru the rental agent. We had to wait for hours for a confirmation from the agent who did not not respond nor reply since the payment was already made. If we didnt pay early they would respond right away so they can get their money. Electricity is prepaid by the agent, if you go over the electrical limit, you have to go to the main office to purchase electricity. Why does the guest have to pay for the electricity? Parking is also not free. If you have guests who want to visit you while you stay there, the front office has to get permission from the agent to let them see you? What is this? A prision? I have to ask the Warden just to have family visit me? Orbitz should remove them from their listing.

Ion check in they required every guest to register even our visiting family and limited to 6 guests and they can only stay for an hour. The property manager told us they have cctv in the living room and there is a fine of P10000 which is invasion of privacy to me is illegal. The place is so small anyway for the price the other unit we rented is larger nice and cheaper in same complex . There were no toiletries no kitchen utensils. Worse place ever

The property itself was nice and would have been perfect if the caretaker would have been nicer. The owner herself is a fantastic and highly approachable person and indeed, very reasonable. She was so accommodating and have been incredibly fair. The caretaker on the other hand was rude and seemed to have taken every opportunity to collect some unnecessary payments from the guests, most of which are minors and have not a single idea how to handle things. We requested azure for the amenities but the caretaker have refused to let them use the pool claiming they need to pay her extra 2K Php to access it and when reported to the owner, she claimed to have conducted an orientation to which they weren't listening, an orientation that according to the girls, never happened. When I discussed this to the owner, she was as surprised as I was and told us to just use the visitor passes to access the pool, which was already too late as the pool was closed the following day and it was the day they were supposed to check out. The property itself was nice, but our stay was ruined by the caretaker (Fe) with her incredibly awful attitude and I'm afraid she's prying on seemingly gullible guests to try and take some additional payments for her own benefits. I would recommend this property as in general it was nice, on the condition that any future guests should be cautious with the caretaker and deal with the owner directly. That caretaker is a complete fraud who ruined our stay.
