"L’hotel purtroppo di 5* non ha niente. Vecchio e la cosa peggiore è che non viene fatta manutenzione, l’unica area comune è la piscina all’ultimo piano che chiude alle 20 e diventa inaccessibile!! La colazione non ha niente a che vedere con un 5*, le camere nemmeno. Il water non scaricava bene, la camera è da 3*+. Il prezzo è sicuramente inadeguato per i servizi che offre. La posizione invece è ottima, ma in quella zona ci sono tantissimi hotel, migliori. Da evitare."

"O cafe da manhã não é incluso, cobrar uma taxa alta de hospedagem e não oferecer café da manhã!? Só fiquei sabendo na hora do checkin que eu precisaria pagar 42 reais por pessoa pelo café da manhã. Os quartos nao tem proteção anti ruídos. Você consegue ouvir tudo vid o do corredor e de outros quartos "

"The rooms were very clean and had great amenities. After the first day when my air-conditioning was a little fickle, the management and hotel staff were super responsive and moved me into another room while I figured out what was happening with the air-conditioning. The pool and gym were great additions. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and had a wide variety."

"O quarto é bem confortável. A piscina excelente. Café da manhã tem que melhorar bastante, espaço pequeno demais para o porte do hotel, além de opções básicas do buffet do café . Estacionamento limitado demais ."
