Very comfortable rooms, friendly staff, great property. The only thing missing is a water fountain. You have to buy waters all the time.

The place is ok, but the room is to old and very bad conditions. Toooo old, shameful for a room of 200 dollars in Brazil. Never back again in this hotel. The staff was nice.

Location and staff were nice. Breakfast was wonderful as usual with most hotels in Brazil. Outside the hotel looks nice, but the room was the smallest I have ever stayed and the bathroom minuscule. It seems the room was never maintained since it was built with too many defects too mention. The air-condition system right beside the bed is very noisy, never saw one as noisy inside the room as this one before.

It was adiquate. There was nothing I really disliked, but nothing I thought was amazing either. The room was big and clean. Not sure the electricity box should be in bathroom. But Iwas happy with my stay.

The hotel has a great location, and the front desk staff was polite and welcoming. However, the rooms are extremely outdated, with very old furniture and bathrooms in poor condition. The cleanliness was unacceptable. The rooms and bathrooms were not properly cleaned, which was very disappointing. Overall, the hotel does not match the pictures or the expectations, and I would not stay here again.

I like the fact that the property was close to Airport and Shop area. Con is that the bathroom was a little dirty and the floors my daughter got cut with the glass on her feet . We did stay at this property a few months back and had no problem. Wish it was cleaning this time around

Place have a huge mold issue in the bathroom, windows and baseboards dirt, poor condition of the bathroom overall. Wouldn’t stay again at this hotel not even for free. Terrible experience, out of a horror movie.
