「I chose a nearby hotel because my family played fun diving in Padangbai. Although the location is very remote, the scenery is very beautiful. Out of the room there is a large lawn, the grass front is the sea, living here is very comfortable. Staff are very courteous, the room is very spacious. If I come back to Bali, I will choose here again.」

「本人入住於2-5/4/2015，這次是我們一家五口第一次的旅遊。酒店整體是舒適和清潔的，唯一的問題是冷氣，我們租的是家庭式兩房套房，屋中三部冷氣只有一部是性能良好，其餘兩部是不夠凍。經過投訴後，可能清洗過隔塵網，有少許改善，怛仍然不足。Wifi上網一般，有好多時會繼線。由於是家庭式套房厠所是互通，但是其中一厠所門關了後無法打開，投訴後，要到第三天才能修理好。借用風筒，要通知三次，等了個半小時才有得用。毛巾嚴重欠缺，無論房間裏面和泳池，嚴重不足。房間裏面五個人只有三條毛巾。泳池要兩人用一條。」

「Other than the beauty of the villas it was the little things:
1. Front desk staff took time to research questions they didn’t immediately had an answer to.
2. Staff noticed my mosquito bites on check in so included repellant with my turn down service the next day.
3. Never had I had my feet washed as a welcome.
4. Restaurant staff new our preferences after only one meal.
5. Staff apologized to me when it was my fault I missed a class/activity.
There’s more but, go experience it...

「From the moment I arrived, everything about my stay exceeded expectations. The setting is stunning, the service is sincere and professional, and the overall experience feels exclusive yet very comfortable.
The room was beautiful, the bed was super comfortable, and the amenities were complete. Breakfast and food quality were excellent. The team made the stay feel very personal and welcoming.
We will definitely return.」

「This is a brand-new hotel, and honestly, I was very impressed by the level of service. Even though it’s an independent brand, the service easily matches that of major international hotel chains. Breakfast was excellent, with a strong focus on healthy options, and the fresh juices were especially refreshing.
I stayed in the mezzanine villa, which was absolutely amazing. The spacious layout and the large bathtub were real highlights. Everything was perfect, and I will definitely be coming back.」
