"Nice hotel with great potential but our experience wasn't all that great. The hotel was mostly empty during our entire stay, there were only about 5-10 occupied rooms in total which I felt rendered reduced services throughout the hotel. The buffet system was very slow. There was one station were you would order the protein, which was made to order, and another station to order the sides, but there was no coordination between the two stations so you would get your side first and your main dish 20...

"The room smelled really bad, like old and rancid. The bed sheets had a strong foul mothy smell like they haven’t been washed in months. The bathroom walls were dirty and stained. The balcony had no table or chairs. The tv is very small, very bad quality picture and no Netflix or cable. "

"POSITIVES Absolutely beautiful view from the room. Very spacious and clean. Breakfast was delicious. Staff in the kitchen/servers were so kind to our son. Wifi did not work in our room but staff went above and beyond to have it repaired for us. NEGATIVES A bit awkward at check in. It appeared staff did not know we had a reservation and I had to prove/show our reservation email several times on my phone which was not the smoothest check in after a long day of travel. "
