Acomodação muito boa, condomínio com boa infraestrutura. So a praia que não é perto. Não da para chegar de carro tem que passar por uma trilha que é de difícil aesso para idosos e crianças e a outra praia que é melhor, so quem é morador que pode acessar de carro os convidados ou hospedes so podem acessar a pé e é muito longe.

A anfitriã é muito atenciosa, o local é agradável e possui uma piscina maravilhosa, o único problema foi que algumas pessoas levaram as tais caixinhas de som para a piscina e isso chegou a incomodar ... mas não atrapalhou a estadia, isso acontece em qualquer lugar...tive uma excelente estadia e voltaria com certeza.

Nossa estada no Condado foi bastante curta, de 28/12 a 30/12, ou seja: 2 diarias. Desde o inicio, fomos super bem tratados pela Sra Grace, que nos forneceu todas as infos de como chegar ate la, como deveriamos proceder para fazer check in, retirar chaves, etc...ate entao tudo ok, ao chegarmos no local, e formos recebidos pelo pessoal da administração, nos foram informado que a piscina passaria por uma manutenção dia 29/12 o dia todo, e que nao poderiamos usar...ficamos chateados por não termos sido informados, e nem sequer limparam a mesma na data, visto que estava suja e com folhas, mas não permitiram o uso por ninguem. Outra coisa que nos desagradou fora o anuncio informar que poderiamos usar bicicletas gratis dentro do condominio, quando na realidade as mesmas são ALUGADAS por HORA. Outro fato que tambem incomodou um pouco foi logo as 7AM ja começarem a cortar grama no local com maquina fazendo barulho, perturbando o sono e descanso. Percebi que a administração é pessima, pois tais fatos não deveriam ocorrer em epoca de temporada, proximo a reveillon aonde o complexo tende a estar lotado de pessoas...enfim, tirando isso, o apartamento é excelente, estava todo limpo, é bem localizado o local, tem duas praias dentro de facil acesso, sendo que é super indicado pra familias ou pra ir entre amigos. No geral gostamos muito, apesar desses inconvenientes e tambem por ter sido pouco tempo, mas pretendemos voltar em breve.

Nossa estadia no Condado foi simplesmente surpreendente, o loft estava muito limpo, perfumado, tinha tudo para nós atender da melhor forma, com filtro de água, liquidificador, Airfryer, microondas, geladeira, fogão, ventilador de teto, ar condicionado e vista para piscina. Após chegarmos em casa, minha filha chamou a mãe e disse: mãe foi a melhor férias da minha vida. Certas coisas não tem preço. Desde o atendimento da Grace no início até nossa saída do tudo perfeito.

Decepção e hostilização nunca mais!

O condomínio é muito bom, bem cuidado, piscinas limpa, seguro, praia muito boa.Um ótimo lugar pra descanso e relaxamento com família, já conhecia, mas tive problemas com o loft, o mesmo aparece no site com 3 camas de solteiro e uma cama Queen, porém na check in só havia a cama Queen e 3 colchões de solteiro. Reclamei com a anfitriã e hostilmente nos transferiu para outro loft que havia sofá-cama, mas tivemos que aguardar quase 2h. Neste não havia secador, nem cafeteira, mas fizemos café de forma meio primitiva com o que estava disponível. No checkout não nos deu desconto do tempo que perdemos na entrada, pois apesar de estarmos num quarto, não podemos de fato nos alojar já que estávamos aguardando o outro. Enfim, não recomendo! Não retorno a esse loft, voltarei a outros lofts, pois o local e o condomínio é maravilhoso!
