What i would have liked to be different: -parking is 5 pounds/ day, which may not seem much, but there was no mention other than 'available on the premises'. -heating was centrally managed- at times too hot and others almost too cold. The staff were warm and welcoming, always ready and eager to help with anything I needed. The location is also very convenient, with plenty of nice restaurants within a short 5‑minute walk.
