「We couldn’t find Duros Apartment but found that it is inside Padgett Place after going to and fro along Molave. Expedia could have mentioned that when booking unless they didn’t know either. The apartment with two bedrooms and bathrooms is good , spacious but the kitchen was lacking utensils (set of fork, knives, plates, etc.) and we couldn’t toast our bread slices. 「Not satisfied because there were lacking of blankets, towels, pillows that supposedly good for 8 persons. No rugs for the washroom floor, no shower curtains if we’re using the shower so it was so wet after. No water dispenser. Some of the outlets were not working. Blankets were smelly. 」

The building and Room were excellent for the price, spacious living area and bathroom, hot shower, comfy bed, very clean, water dispenser and cooking facilities, cold aircon. Coupla minutes walk to 2 malls and eateries. Expedia stuffed up my Booking but the owner/ manager Rea resolved it in a few minutes, even upgraded our room, would definitely recommend and stay here again. 」

「立地はコンドミニアムの建物が建ち並ぶVillageの奥の方にあります。Village内にセブンイレブンがあり(徒歩1〜2分)とても便利でした。Village内にスパやカフェもあるのですが、クリスマス期間中だったからか残念ながら閉まっていました。マクタンのメインストリートまでは徒歩10分弱ですので、そこまで行くと開いているスパもカフェもあるので困らなかったです。 部屋は綺麗ですし、エアコン、洗濯機、電子レンジ、電気ポット、IHコンロ(1つ口)があり、お鍋や炊飯器、食器類、洗剤、スポンジがあり、簡単な調理も可能でした。私たちはダイビング目的での滞在でしたので、洗濯機はとても助かりました。バルコニーもあり洗濯物も外に干すことができました。 Wi-Fiは充分な速さで、途切れることもなく良かったです。 唯一の難点は、シャワーとトイレの間に仕切りがなく、シャワーをする度に床やトイレットペーパーがビチョビチョになることでしたが、事前にトイレットペーパーを避難させておくなど慣れれば問題なかったです。シャワーの水圧や水量、温度も充分でした。」
