「We originally booked at Light Residences, but the check-in experience was extremely frustrating. Upon arrival, the front desk asked for a guest authorization form, which we were never informed about. We were told to contact the host ourselves, and it took almost an hour just to get in touch with them. When we finally reached the host, they apparently had no idea about our booking. We had to communicate through Viber and provide proof that our reservation was confirmed through Expedia. We were...

「This place is infested with roaches and maintained very poorly especially since all the furnishings are in terrible shape. I have no idea how others gave this place a good review. Only one coffee cup? Shower pipes coming loose from the wall. The thin towels do not soak the water. The tv turns on and that is about it. The hall way is about 8ft wide and the only mirror in the unit is about 8x8 inches. There is no closet.」
