交通位置非常便利，服務非常友善的一間飯店

離車站只要不到3分鐘，附近有好幾間商店非常方便，櫃檯服務非常好，我會飯店的時候在大廳酒吧點了一杯酒，他們主動告知我幫我記錄在房內消費，而且每位服務人員都很熱情，房間非常乾淨而且舒適

Great location and brand new hotel

The hotel is new All the kitchenware are new and clean and look nice Bed is big and comfy. Just we were staying at the 1 floor and facing the street. There is no dark curtain in the room which make us a bit uncomfortable as the people on the steeet actually can watch what we are doing. And again it is low floor and facing the street. We stayed over the weekend and there were quite noisy in the middle of the night. Overall, the hotel is at a great location. Just round the concer of the station and walkable distance to the town and mall. Many supermarket around. It is a great stay. And we will book this hotel again if we come to Manchester in the future just will request for higher floor and quite room.

我哋本來就是訂這酒店，只因為近火車站，點知到達門口時才發現還未裝修好，酒店未入伙，死了，好彩那裡的工人幫我打電話給酒店負責人，才知我們已換了另一家酒店，但行多好多路，我哋一行四人，四個行李，行了十多分鐘才到，好辛苦！酒店比我原本訂的差少少，應該平點，太不公平了。

Pretty good

Excellent location and staff very helpful and friendly. The apartment was very clean and quite spacious. Loved having a balcony! The only negatives were that the apartment was very warm but when opening the windows there was a lot of noise from the canal lock below. The other negative was that the furnishings were very tired - stains on the sofa, bathrooms could do with a spruce up. The shower pressure was very low. All in all had a great stay and it was fit for purpose.

Just what we needed for a couple of nights stay with friends. Lovely sized apartment with balcony for the lovely Manchester views. Car park just next to the hotel. Lovely staff who made such an effort to chat with us whenever we passed through reception. Have stayed a few times before would happily stay again.

The location is excellent and we found the apartment itself was of a pretty good standard. It could do with some softening - perhaps some colour / put some joy into the apartments in some way? It was the service that let this place down on the whole. On arrival, we found the staff to be pretty rude and unhelpful. Be warned, there are lots of rules which is fine but we felt like we were being treated as criminals from the beginning with lots of things to sign, they wanted photo ID and signs in reception telling you what you shouldn’t do, threats of action etc. Not the welcome you would expect! I can’t remember anyone saying “have a nice stay.”Quite clearly they’ve had issues with parties and damage etc. The problem is that we are not those sort of people but were treated as so. I had a friend I wanted to visit for coffee but he was denied entry and they threatened to call security. It was a total overreaction. It was a really hot weekend and the apartment was stuffy. We had a direct view of the canal however also a direct view of a succession of people taking drugs on a bench. I would have complained but I felt at this point, no great love for the staff who would greet you not with hello, but with “room number?” On one occasion returning we were told that they didn’t have anyone in that apartment and were left on the doorstep. In summary, I wouldn’t stay again. We looked across the road and thought we would have had better service at the Premier Inn.

Weekend Away with friends

Great location for Northen Quarter, 5 mins walk from Piccadilly train St and paid off st parking just behind hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly and the apartment and communal areas modern and spotlessly clean. We stayed in a 3 bed apartment, beds were super comfy and it was nicely furnished. The lounge was a little small and only had a 3 seater sofa with chair so not enough comfy seating for 6 of us but there were 6 dining chairs so not a big problem during our stay as we were out most of the time.

Booked with my friends to celebrate my 21st and I couldn’t fault it at all!! Very welcoming and polite staff. The rooms were set out really nice and had more than enough to accommodate our stay Great location not far from the city centre so we were able to walk to some bars but was also very easy enough to get a taxi
