There costumer service toward the costumers was really bad. My reservation was for a bigger room but I got an small one. The front desk could not help me because they were all book. They clearly made a mistake and they said, I was the one who made it. Also they wanted me to charge me more money. ...

Very good location, clean room, easy check in / check out, but with one issued while walking in the hallway on my way to the bar one of the security ask me if I was a guest there and felt kind discriminated lucky the front lady who saw me check in was passing by and she apologized.
