"Bula Spirt was nowhere to be seen. Owner clearly is sucking the place dry and not a cent spent on up keep. Food was really basic, trouble with over croweded boats and staff are very unhappy. Do yourself a favour and avoid. Very unpleasant stay, such a shame"

"Bula.,,. Rooms are not ready before 3pm, requested a room close to family 3 weeks before travelling and had no reply to request, when arrived we were put miles away from family that were already there. We booked a 2 bedroom unit which was very spacious but the whole resort is very run down and needs some TLC, our unit had no conditioner, laundry powder, face clothes, tea towels etc until requested. The adults only facilities look more maintained than the rest of the resort and if you are after a spa or gym they are in this area which is at the other end of the resort. Deli or restaurant could not offer pizzas for kids which where on the menu and there was no help of where we could get them from. The resort staff are always happy and great with the kids, especially the activities team but this does not always make up for the below average cleanliness or maintenance."
"La habitación tiene muebles un poco antiguas pero estava limpia y muy grande, nos quedamos 3 noches en el edificio, no en los bungalos,el restaurante tiene buena comida,el personal muy amable, hay piscinas y playa muy pequeña,pero es un ambiente bonito."
"Great experience. The water activity Bure staff are super friendly and help me to set up sailing boat and provide a lot great and detail info. The kids club staff are super friendly and be responsible for my kids. Very good very nice. The only thing is about the meal plan here is not on daily rate all inclusive. The meal plan condition is listed on their app. 2 courses for lunch and 3 courses for the dinner. All drinks are not included in this meal plan as listed daily rate on Expedia. Overall, excellent experience!"
"The all inclusive food was limited. There was not much to choose from and most items were not available. All drinks including soft drinks were additional. The room was clean and well air conditioned. The ferry ride was quick yet very pricey."
"Everyone is very friendly, they were able to check us in early: had a welcome drink and got little
Neckless and they even sang song for us to welcome to the island. "
"Great place to stay, good vibe, great staff, good for kids and adults who want to have a good time. Only thing is not being on the beach is disappointing"
"We booked Nakelo off the online images, and upon arrival it was clear the damage they had sustained from the recent cyclone. Our first day was cloudy and a bit windy so it didnt show off the resort to its beauty. We had 5 days there, and by the end we didnt want to leave. The staff are lovely (Henry 1, Henry 2, Lannie, William, and the rest of the staff), and enjoy having a laugh or joke with you. The room we had was great, the aircon was wonderful on those hot humid days to have a break in. The Kokada dish is a must try - our favourite! The snorkeling is amazing. Both sides of the island offer different snorkeling experiences and worth spending a day on each reef. The sand bar trip is great, the reef out there is a must dive and is where we saw our first reef shark. Watch out for the trigger fish near the shore - they will protect their nest and will chase and bite you if you get too close. The jetskis are no longer used as the company that operated them is no longer there. The facilities need alot of refurbishment and they know that, but hopefully soon they get the funding to do what they need. There was only 14 of us on the island at any time and it was heaven. The whole island to ourselves and no kids - bliss. We got to release a turtle which was incredible. They have turtles and iguanas on the island which you can feed. There was trash around the beach which was a shame to see and would be an easy fix, but overall we loved out time, and we will be back in the future."
