「Nice and peaceful place, easy to locate, clean and friendly staff especially the guards.」

「This old-fashioned guest house is a lovely place to stay in the central Durban area. We really appreciated the ease of getting around -- easy access to many good things. The owners are friendly, and the staff are outstanding. We enjoyed our stay very much.」

「Clean room」

「Great locationIt was a good relaxed and quite stay. Host is welcoming and very helpful. I certainly will be booking for my next stay in the city. I can’t rate excellent, as there is always a room for improvement. I recommend Mackaya Guest Hiuse! 」

「Staff was incredibly helpful expect for a lady by the name of Thobile at front desk as well as her front desk manager , I asked for assistance to add another stay and they said they could but was very rude and not helpful at all ! Refused to give me an extra card and only wanted me to get me card for my second stay even though I said I was adding an extra person , after saying I was adding an extra person and she charged me she said she needed to charge again cause she didn’t hear me say I was...

They reacted immediately to any concern or request; their professionalism is of the highest level. The view of the harbour and passing...

「I stayed at Southey House for two nights and it was a very nice stay. The room was clean and spacious and had a refrigerator and water, coffee and tea. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was very good with eggs, bacon, oats, yogurt, fresh fruit, and more. The bed was very comfortable and had a nice and varm duvet. The room however was a bit cold the whole time (in beginning of July), so when staying in the room it was best to stay in bed. The guesthouse is located in a safe and there...

「地点在市中心，交通方便，风景不错，附件到处是欧洲式的旧建筑。只是酒店设施比较旧，相当怀旧，不愧是上世纪70年代的著名建筑。」

「I feel so welcome, excellent service. 」
