「Calm and clean place. Very good outdoor swimming pool. Friendly staff. Sauna was not working. Breakfast was mediocre - not much choice, everything was already cold close to 10 a.m.」

「Room was excellent, large bathroom with bath and separate shower. Beds were large with nice quality bedding. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice and freshly cooked. Staff were helpful. Our room was above the in house Georgian restaurant, we didn't try it but it looked very popular. There was live entertainment which went on late, maybe 12am, we could hear it in our room which was directly above but it didn't stop us from going to sleep. The Vitosha area had a nice atmosphere and lovely view...

「Aurora Hotel is located 2 minutes from Mall of Sofia. The neighborhood is very quiet a night and promotes good night rest. There are plenty of coffee shop to include a food court within walking distance. The staff is outstanding and the breakfast offers a variety of pastries.」

「Super clean and comfortable hotel, AC was a bit wonky, would not come on and often I would have to get the front desk to reset it, and phone has no direct call to front desk, had to always go down to the lobby to talk to them. Otherwise it was superb.」
