"Wyndham Indianapolis Airport is a very nice hotel. However, the staff (from reception to bar tenders) really need to step up their hospitality skills. For example: I called down to the the lobby desk to see what time the restaurant closes. The woman told me the time but before I can say 'thank you', she rudely said she couldn't take my order because there is a line of people waiting to be checked in. First of all, why would I place a food order at the reception desk? The bartenders are not friendly either. I get it, they're tired and always busy but attitudes really make a difference. I highly suggest to use "Forbes" for hospitality training. It's the best will improve these types of behaviors."

"We chose this hotel based on shuttle availability, reviews, and price. We had an early flight and live 3 hours from the airport and were traveling with small children. If you’re going to need the shuttle do call and confirm shuttle times and book your shuttle times well in advance. I read online that the shuttle service began at 5AM. we needed to leave for the airport by 545 but at the front desk check-in, they said shuttles don’t start until 6 AM. They did arrange for the shuttle to be there at 5:45 AM though. Well, on our way to the airport, I realized we would need to arrange for the shuttle when we returned in four days and the shuttle driver said just to call over the weekend and let them know. I called more than 24 hours before needing the return shuttle, but they told me I needed to give them at least 48 hour notice and they couldn’t be there when we needed them to be. I asked if they would reimburse our Uber and then they were able to pick us up. They told me to call when we arrive so I did and the shuttle was waiting for us. By the time we made it through baggage claim. So in the end, I was very happy with the service, but it was a little frustrating setting up the shutttle. "

"For the price and location alone, this place would be a 10. It's a quick Uber ride to Lucas Oil Stadium where we needed to be and it didn't break the bank. However, you get what you pay for. The hotel itself is quite dated and in major need of cosmetic upgrades at the very least. Room was clean but everything had a stain or fade to it, showing its age. If you're looking for luxury, this isn't it. If you're looking for a cheap place that's clean enough to lay your head for a night or 2 and serves decent free breakfast, this is your spot."

"The side entrance marked “G” didn’t fully lock. Out of all the outlets in the room only 2 were functional which included one hanging out if the wall which could be a fire hazard. The key lock to the door had the circuit hanging out. Very unclean feeling. I would not recommend."

"The room was generally clean and in good condition. One of the towels had makeup stains. Breakfast was underwhelming: waffles, cold cereal, and Sunny D. The coffee was also poor."
