"Great place to stay "

"Loved our stay. We are multi repeat customers. The only complaints are the following; the AC unit was way too loud, sounded like there were some loose parts or something. Also, the coffee machine is tucked away in a very dark cabinet. It’s all black on black and no overhead area lights. Not user friendly at all. "

"On the outside, it looks like a "Standard" hotel. But open the door, and the rooms look great! The bed is awesome and its so clean. "

"Why be so cheap and get rid of the hot breakfast on the weekends when families go there? We pay a higher rate and get less. That sounds about right for world we live in. We have stayed at this property a dozen or more times but I doubt we will be back. It used to be a good value but not any more. We used to like the Hampton Inn on the Cape Cod Canal also but that place got ridiculously expensive. Another good place that values the almighty dollar over its guests. I’m so not surprised. "Hotel is a lovely old hotel centrally located to lots of restaurants etc., Rooms beautiful and beds large and comfortable. Also pet friendly which was a plus. But the room was TOO HOT & even though thermostat there to adjust no adjustment made any difference. We finally had to figure out how to open the large old windows in the middle of the night to get some sleep. Bathroom is old & small but serviceable. For the price I think bathroom should be better. The check in is hectic. Check in time not till 4pm! And whatever systems they use take a long time. Long lines resulted. I would consider staying again but would probably prefer a hotel with more modern accommodations if I’m going to pay almost 400/night after fees, taxes and parking. "
