"As a returning guest to the hotels I have to be honest . I feel the standards have unfortunately slipped . I encounter no hand towel in many of the toilets, dirty cups from the bar, dirty plates in the restaurant.. The hotel was looking tired and the staff overworked . "I have to say one of the best places I have ever stayed in. From the moment we walked through the door and greeted by the helpful staff, the smiles and just warm welcoming to the spectacular room with such an amazing view. Food was phenomenal and there was plenty of it. Room was very clean the cleaning staff were such nice people. It is such a huge hotel and the so was fantastic also. Private beach, great food, great views, great people what more could you ask for. Would recommend to anyone visiting Tunisia"
