They accommodated us more then enough and treated us like family/close friends. 「The hotel is just a short walk from the port and it’s about 7 min away from Lion Square. The sound proof is amazing considering it’s on a main street and very close to the airport. Dimitri made some very good recommendations on restaurants - all of our meals have been amazing in Heraklion. The only recommendation I made is to replenish bottled water every day, rather than just giving 2 small bottles for the whole say. But all in all, good value for money and great hospitality! 」

「It's a dated resort but it's well managed by staff who's friendly and tries to live up to its reputation. I hope they had more facilities for pet owners who like us travel light. Eco-friendly policies are in place. We have a child and enjoyed the facilities in a safe and carefree environment. Like the bathroom the most」
